While every audit is custom-tailored to the client’s needs, the engagement typically includes pre-session research, a meeting with team leaders, an interactive session, and an action plan follow-up.

Interactive Sessions

Interactive Sessions are structured work sessions with teams, designed to increase productivity. Sessions begin with a planning discussion with the team leaders to determine objectives. Behance then gives a presentation and facilitates an interactive discussion around the topics defined with team leaders.
