We’re pleased to announce an exclusive pre-sale offer for the 2010 edition of the 99% Conference in New York. As we finalize the speaker lineup and other logistics, we’re making a limited number of tickets available at a significant discount: $399, which saves you a cool $300 off the regular ticket price. The sold-out 2009 conference this past spring – which featured creative luminaries such as Seth Godin, Scott Thomas, Michael Beirut, Robert Hammond, and the Threadless.com founders – was wonderfully well-received, and we anticipate that tickets for the 2010 conference will sell out fast.
In collaboration with our friends at Cool Hunting, we're assembling a stellar speaker lineup, and will be releasing more details soon. To get updates on the conference, the speaker lineup, and our hotel partner, please sign up for our newsletter.
THE 99% CONFERENCE - 2010
April 15-16, 2010 @ The Times Center, New York City
Register Now: http://99conference2010.eventbrite.com
Taking its moniker from the famous Thomas Edison quote “Genius is 1% inspiration, and 99% perspiration,” the 99% Conference represents a shift in focus. Unlike the other conferences that focus purely on ideas and inspiration, the 99% is all about ACTION.
For two days each year, we bring together some of the world's most productive creative visionaries to offer a behind-the-scenes look at their processes as they share road-tested insights on pushing ideas forward.
SCHEDULE
Wednesday, April 14, 2010 /// Meet & Greet
A meet-and-greet cocktail party will precede the conference to welcome attendees and allow folks to mingle and get to know one another prior to the main event.
Thursday, April 15, 2010 /// Day 1: Insight
Ten top creative visionaries come together to present a series of punchy, revelatory 20-minute talks. Rather than merely showing past work, 99% speakers focus on sharing real tips and insights culled from their extensive experience with translating ideas from vision to reality.
Note: The final 2010 speaker lineup is TBA - sign up for our newsletter to stay abreast of updates.
Friday, April 16, 2010 /// Day 2: Action
The 99% audience takes center stage as a mix of programmed events and best-practice sessions invite attendees to engage in small groups, share their own insights, and discover useful new creative products & tools.
